How it works
I offer a free introductory session, up to an hour long, in which we can guage whether working together will be helpful.
You can then book as many sessions as you like of 30 or 60 minutes. Half an hour gives us enough time to check-in about how your practice is going, and to offer suggestions to deepen your practice and understanding. An hour gives us some additional time to do some guided meditation tailored specifically to your needs and interests.
Cost
I use a sliding scale, you can decide for yourself how much you can afford:
30 mins: £25 - £50
60 mins: £40 - £80
If you can't afford the lowest end of this scale, it's worth getting in touch anyway.
